226 is finally completed, pending just the coffee table (because the consignment from Singapore was delayed) and the wireless soundbar which have a little problem detecting it's own subwoofer.
We are truly thrilled and have already had 3 real estate agents on separate occassions come by to view. Another viewing tomorrow. Pray hard that this and our other place at 253 will catch some good tenants with fat budgets!! : )
